Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 14, 2026

This policy describes how Morphis, Inc. and its affiliate Morphis Managed Services, LLC (together, “Morphis,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information. It applies to our public website at morphisinc.com, to sales and support conversations we have with business contacts, and to people who apply to work with us.

1. Who this policy covers — and who it does not

Morphis builds cash-management and currency supply-chain software for banks, central banks, armored carriers, ATM operators, retailers, and related businesses. Most of the data in our platform belongs to our customers, not to us.

This policy does not apply to information a customer processes on its own systems. It also does not apply to information Morphis processes on a customer’s behalf under a license, SaaS, managed-services, or data-processing agreement. That information is governed by the customer contract, not by this page. If you are a consumer of a Morphis customer — for example, a bank customer whose cash activity appears in a Morphis application — contact that institution, not Morphis.

This policy is a general commercial-and-website notice. It is not a Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act consumer financial-privacy notice.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Identifiers and contact details: name, job title, company, business email, business phone, mailing address.
  • Business information you submit when you request a demo, ask a question, register for an event, or take part in a sales or procurement process.
  • Correspondence: emails, support tickets, meeting notes, and chat transcripts from the website widget.
  • Application materials, if you apply for a role: resume or CV, work history, education, eligibility information, and anything you choose to include in the process.

Information collected automatically on our website

  • Device and log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, timestamps, and approximate location derived from IP.
  • Cookie and similar-technology data, described in Section 7.

Information from other sources

We may receive business-contact details from professional networking sites, event organizers, referral partners, or publicly available business sources, and only for a legitimate business purpose such as identifying a relevant contact at a prospective customer.

We do not collect consumer financial account data, government ID numbers, or precise geolocation through the public website. If a job application later requires information of that kind, we will tell you at the time and collect only what the process needs.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and provide the information, demos, or services you request.
  • Establish and manage customer, prospect, partner, and vendor relationships.
  • Operate, secure, and improve morphisinc.com.
  • Measure marketing performance and understand which content is useful. See Section 7.
  • Send company or product communications about Morphis, where you have not opted out.
  • Evaluate applications and manage recruiting.
  • Comply with law, enforce agreements, and protect Morphis, our customers, and others.

We do not use personal information collected under this policy to train public generative-AI models. We do not use customer platform data for Morphis’s own advertising.

4. Sale of personal information

Morphis does not sell personal information for money. We do not furnish personal information to data brokers.

5. How we disclose information

We disclose personal information only as follows:

  • Service providers that host our website, email, documents, chat, analytics, recruiting, payroll, or IT systems, under contracts that limit their use of the information to work they do for us.
  • Professional advisors such as lawyers, auditors, and insurers, under confidentiality obligations.
  • A buyer or successor, if Morphis is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
  • Authorities, when we believe disclosure is required by law, legal process, or a government request, or is necessary to protect rights, safety, or security.
  • Others, if you direct us to.

We may work with service providers to measure marketing performance on our website. Depending on how any such tools are configured and on the state-law definition of “share,” some of that activity could be treated as sharing personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising even where no payment is involved. You can opt out as described in Section 9.

6. How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, to meet legal or contractual requirements, or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. In general:

  • Sales and marketing contacts: for as long as we have an active business relationship or a legitimate prospect relationship, and for a reasonable period after last contact or until you opt out of marketing.
  • Website logs and analytics: for a short operational period, typically measured in weeks or months, unless needed longer for security or debugging.
  • Job-applicant records: for the hiring cycle and for a limited period afterward as needed for recordkeeping and dispute defense, unless you are hired, in which case the information becomes part of the personnel file.
  • Information processed for a customer under contract: for the period set in that contract.

When we no longer need personal information, we delete it or de-identify it.

7. Cookies, analytics, chat, and advertising tags

Our public website uses cookies and similar technologies. Some are necessary to operate the site and remember a cookie-preference choice. Others help us understand how the site is used or measure marketing.

As of the date of this policy, morphisinc.com may use a mix of first-party and third-party cookies and similar technologies for site operation, analytics, and marketing measurement. A current, verified list of the specific tools and tags in use will be provided here once that review is complete.

You can control cookies through your browser. Blocking some cookies may affect site features such as chat or form submission. Where required by law we will honor a recognized opt-out preference signal, including Global Privacy Control, from a browser or extension that sends it. You can also use the Cookie settings link on our site, when it is available, and the industry opt-out pages at optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org.

Any third-party tool we use is governed by that provider’s own privacy policy. Morphis does not control a provider’s independent use of data it already holds.

8. How we protect information

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against loss, theft, and unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Those safeguards are part of Morphis’s broader information-security program. That program is independently assessed under a SOC 2 Type II examination against the Security trust services criterion for our Enterprise Cash Management platform.

SOC 2 is an attestation about specified controls over a specified period. It is not a guarantee, it is not a privacy certification, and it does not mean the marketing website is inside the examination boundary. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Your choices and privacy rights

Marketing email

You can opt out of Morphis marketing email by using the unsubscribe link in the message or by writing to the address in Section 14. Operational messages about an existing relationship — for example, a contract, invoice, or support ticket — are not marketing, and we will continue to send those as needed.

Cookies and advertising measurement

Use Cookie settings on our site where available, your browser controls, GPC, and the industry opt-out pages listed in Section 7.

Access, correction, deletion, and portability

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, and the categories of sources, purposes, and disclosures.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Delete personal information, subject to exceptions (for example, we may retain what we need to complete a transaction, meet a legal obligation, or defend a claim).
  • Obtain a copy of personal information you provided, in a portable format.
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and of targeted advertising, to the extent those activities occur.
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information, where a statute provides that right.
  • Appeal our decision on a request.
  • Authorize an agent to submit a request on your behalf, where the law allows it.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

As a matter of policy, Morphis will consider these requests from any individual who contacts us, and will apply the specific legal standard that follows from where you live. Some statutes apply only if a business meets size or volume thresholds. If a statute does not apply to Morphis, we may still honor the request as a courtesy where we can do so without undue burden or legal risk.

How to submit a request

Email privacy@morphisinc.com or write to the address in Section 14. Tell us what you want us to do and how we can reach you. We may need to verify your identity before we act — typically by matching information you provide to information we already hold. If an agent submits the request, we may ask for proof of authorization and may still need to verify you directly.

We will respond within the time the applicable law requires, generally 45 days, and will tell you if we need a permitted extension. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision and writing “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line.

10. Sensitive personal information

We do not seek sensitive personal information through the public website. If we collect it — most often in hiring — we do so with your knowledge, and with consent where the law requires it, and only for the purpose that made the collection necessary. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics for advertising.

11. Children

morphisinc.com and Morphis’s services are directed to businesses and working professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

12. People outside the United States

Morphis is based in the United States. Personal information we collect under this policy is processed in the United States and may be processed in other countries where our service providers operate. Those countries may not provide the same legal protections as your home country. If you contact us from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to the United States to handle your request.

If European or United Kingdom data-protection law applies to a particular interaction, Morphis is the controller of personal information collected through the public website and through our own sales and recruiting processes. Our legal bases will typically be steps needed to answer your request or enter a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and securing a B2B website and pipeline, compliance with law, and consent where we rely on it for optional cookies or marketing. You may have additional rights to object, restrict processing, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

13. Changes

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. We will post the revised policy here and change the effective date. If we make a material change — for example, if we begin selling personal information or using a new category of sensitive information in a way this policy does not already describe — we will provide additional notice where required, such as an email to people we already contact or a prominent website notice.
