Can I use Morphis in my own IT environment?

Yes. Morphis offers a license agreement where as Morphis software solutions may be installed in your environment. The installation location has a SQL DBA on-site.

Does Morphis have onboarding and training options?

Yes. Morphis offers online training via WEB meetings combined with on-site training. On-site implementation is offered but not required, in most cases, for a successful implementation

Does Morphis offer software maintenance and support?

Yes. Morphis offers a variety of service level software and maintenance support plans.

Does Morphis Escrow the software code?

Any licensed customer of Morphis solutions can choose to participate in the escrow service program.

Do I have to license everything Morphis software solution at once?

No. Morphis is modular in design and can be implemented as needed for each end-user.

Can Morphis integrate to my billing and other legacy systems?

Yes. Morphis can integrate with multiple billing systems and additional operational and tracking systems through EDI and additional communications methods.
