Employee Spotlight: Shahin Haque

We are welcoming spring with our next Employee Spotlight focused on Shahin Haque. He is one of our Cash-in-Transit developers and an integral part of our Bangladeshi development team since 2019.

Q: How do you spend your time outside work?

• Outside work usually, I would like to spend most of the times with my families and friends.

Q: How did you hear about Morphis? Why did you want to work here?

• I had applied here thru one of my friends. Honestly, I heard this company offers a good pay and benefits and, on that time, I was looking for a job as (Software developer). Another reason for work here was, I am pleased to see the office environment and working procedure and all of the employees here so cooperative and friendly.

Q: How has your career grown since starting at the company?

• It has been a great journey at this company since the very first day I have joined here. Before joining here, I had very basic knowledge about SQL area. But now the knowledge and skills of SQL improving a lot. I am also getting an opportunity to understand the company business and how it is implementing on coding. I have been facing lot of challenges task here since my joining, which force me to think in a programming way, solidify my skills, share my ideas and how to resolve it efficiently So, by solving multiple problems here, my analytical skills are growing. I am also getting a huge opportunity to work with American developer, business analyst and so on.

Q: What is the best thing you’ve learned working at Morphis?

• Time management, punctuality and how to keep balance of multiple works with multiple clients.

Q: What’s your go-to lunch?

• Usually, I’d like to take my lunch items like are – rice, vegetables, lentils and fried fish/chicken.

Q: If you didn’t work in marketing or as a software engineer, what would you want to do?

• Want to become a pilot/aeronaut.

Q: What motivates you to wake up and go to work?

• My self-responsibilities and true commitment to my work.

Q: What has been your favorite project so far? Can you share an achievement that you are most proud of?

• Invoice Reports. That was I had built for the several customers. The customers and my project head were happy and satisfied with that. This report safe their lot of times and giving them a clear prediction. Our CTO had recognized that project and praised me that was my great achievement from this company.  

Q: What would you like to ask our CEO?

• Could you please share with us of your journey at Morphis? And how can you do multiple things at a time (Driving, monitoring, talking with us) so perfectly? Wants to know about our CTO biggest achievement.
