Welcome to our first Employee Spotlight. We’d like to take a moment to introduce Debra Miller, our veteran Sales Director. She has a wealth of experience and knowledge of the Currency Supply Chain Industry.
Q: How do you spend your time outside of work?
- Reading, Crossword Puzzles, Jigsaw Puzzles, Golf & Travel
Q: What is the best thing you’ve learned working at Morphis?
- The value of software solution without selling hardware.
Q: What is your go-to lunch?
- Cottage chees, sliced tomato, picked egg & beets.
Q: If you did not work in Sales, what would you want to do?
- From the artistic side, Dance. From the detail side, design & build houses.
Q: What motivated you to wake up and go to work?
- The challenge and accomplishments of the day. And of course, Money.
Q: What has been your favorite project so far?
- My favorite project is Armoured Car Services, Bahamas. I sold this project without ever meeting the stakeholders based on the proposed savings in their billing. It was so nice to meet them several years later at IACOA. The employees of ACS are kind and courteous.
Q: Can you share an achievement that you are most proud of?
- Professionally: Prior to working with Morphis my longest tenure was 10 years. I am in my 11th year at Morphis.
- Personally: Taking my 5 Grandchildren to the first inauguration of Barak Obama. The youngest would not let go of her flag and fell asleep like this.
Q: What is something most people don’t know about you?
- I love the theatre, ballet, and opera
