Employee Spotlight: Adriana “Gabby” Rodriguez

Welcome to our third Employee Spotlight. We’d like to take a moment to introduce Gabby Rodriguez, our Cash-in-Transit Project Manager. She has been a rockstar who has been on the road supporting clients since she started with Morphis. We’re excited to have her back at Headquarters full time this spring. 

Q: Favorite Quote:

Q: How do you spend your time outside work?

  • I spend time outside of work with my family. Family time is everything to me.

Q: How did you hear about Morphis?

  • I heard about Morphis through a previous job. I wanted to work for Morphis because I wanted a challenge. Morphis was exactly that more.

Q: How has your career grown since starting at the company?

  • I’ve gotten a better understanding of how the armored industry works. This has given me a more confident approach when supporting customers.

Q: What’s the best thing you’ve learned working at Morphis?

  • The Morphis system has a lot to offer. I don’t think I’ll ever stop learning something new about it, and I’m okay with that.

Q: What’s your go-to lunch?

  • Tuna on toasted Ezekiel Bread with a cup of Ocean Spray Cran-Grape Juice.

Q: If you didn’t work in tech, what would you want to do?

  • Teach Dance Classes for Kids / Youth or pursue ballroom dancing.

Q: What motivates you to wake up and go to work?

  • The eagerness to see Morphis fully support a customer in every possible area of their business.

Q: What has been your favorite project so far?

  • I would say my favorite project has to be the main project I am working on right now. This project has stretched me personally and professionally and I am grateful for the opportunity to see this project through.  I am most proud when a customer can ditch their old process for a Morphis process.

Q: What’s something most people don’t know about you?

  • I love to sing whether that’s karaoke with my family or in the car by myself..It’s not any good, but it makes me feel good and helps me rid stress at times.

  • Ocean’s 8

  • Undaunted

  • I currently don’t have a fav song…but my go to genres lately have been Country and early 2000’s punk rock.
